3 Doors Down Tickets

Back at the turn of the century hard rock of a certain sort had become the dominant force in the rock genre. This was the type typified by 3 Doors Down, a sound full of herky, jerky guitar and power ballads. With this sound, glam rock without the makeup and tight leather pants, 3 Doors Down tickets have kept the group busy, sometimes performing a couple hundred of concerts of year.

Obviously, with so much time spent touring, 3 Doors Down hardly has ample opportunity to sit down and record new material. Overall, the group from Mississippi has five studio albums, each at least two years apart. It seems the band has its timing down. Just as the latest album is about to lose all its juice and the group seems destined to be demoted to supporting act status, 3 Doors Down releases a new album, places in the Top 5 upon its release and plans a new headlining tour.

Fans on those tours may have the new album, but they are almost certainly showing up to listen to tracks from The Better Life and Away from the Sun, the two albums that have gone a combined 10-time platinum. These are the albums that gave fans the song “Kryptonite”, “When I’m Gone”, and “Here Without You”. Those are going to the songs on the first “Best of” compilation album. They are already the signature songs inserted at key moments in the set list to keep the live audience on their feet.

This does not mean the new albums are simply filler between the hits. Seventeen Days, 3 Doors Down’s third studio album, has a hit with “Let Me Go”. The self-titled fourth studio album went gold with “Citizen/Soldier” and the platinum “It’s Not My Time”.  Essentially with each passing year and each new album, 3 Doors Down is entertaining millions around the world with 3 Doors Down concert tickets and a set list slowly growing so that in another couple of years the group can take a little time off before heading back on the road as a headliner without a new album to promote.
