If you were in your teens during the 1990s, I am sure the name Aaron Carter or Aaron Charles Carter would resonate well with you. From a seven year old child prodigy who started his career with a local band, to the accomplished performer on the "dancing with the stars" stage Aaron has come a long way.
Carter's first single "crush on you" was very well received by the audience, paving the way for bigger and better things in his career. His next album "Aaron's Party (Come Get It)" was launched in the year 2000. The popularity of a few songs from this album led to promotions on Disney and Nickelodeon, thereby making the brand "Aaron Carter" conspicuous. This album was destined to go platinum and so it did. With soaring popularity of Aaron's work came some lovely moments in his personal life when he started dating Hilary Duff.
During the early 2000s Carter made steady progress in his music career. Appearances on Nickelodeon, opening concerts for Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears and an acting career spanning the wide spectrum of Disney to Broadway kept him busy. In 2001 Aaron along with his brother Nick of the "Backstreet Boys" fame released "Oh Aaron" that went platinum adding to his portfolio of successful album launches. One more big success came his way in the form of "Another Earthquake", which was released during the "Rock, Rap and the Retro tour". The album went platinum in 2002, the year of it being released.
Aaron is not an unknown name in the world of reality shows. Along with his four siblings he starred in the reality show "House of Carters", a reality show in which the Carter family reunited to live in the same house. He also participated in the ninth season of the popular dance reality show "Dancing with the Stars". Unfortunately he along with his dance partner Karina Smirnoff did not win the competition. Carter is one of those artists who know the trick of dusting oneself up after a fall and getting back on the feet to make a new beginning.
