An event that made a big wake in NBA news was when people found out that Lebron James would be signing with the Miami Heat to join Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh. Most people have forgotten that James was previously with the Cleveland Cavaliers, who now hate him for that move because he betrayed the Cavaliers to be on a superstar team. The Cavaliers are in the Central Division of the Eastern Conference, where they play at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

The head coach of the Cavaliers is Byron Scott, who joined the team in 2010. He has had nine years of head coaching experience with the New Jersey Nets and the New Orleans Hornets. While he was with the New Jersey Nets, he lead them to back to back NBA championship appearances in 2002 and 2003.

Unfortunately, the 2010-11 season was terrible for the Cavaliers. They were only able to win 19 times and lost a scary 63 times getting placed at last place in the Central Division and in the Eastern Conference.

The home of the Cavaliers is the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. It was opened in 1994 and is built on a fruit and vegetable market, known as the Central Market, which has a history back to 1856. The arena was built to revitalize the city and was paid for by an alcohol and tobacco tax. The current seating capacity of the arena is 20,562 people.

Despite what their past season's records may show, the Cavaliers have been able to make it to the NBA championship in 2007. Their joy of making it was short lived when the San Antonio Spurs swept them.

One team the Cavaliers are dying to play is the Miami Heat, but currently, that may be a little much for them to handle. A great coach is in place, but the players and coaches need to click with each other to form a team that could give Lebron James the beating he deserves.
