The Pepsi Center (aka The Can) is excited to announced Marco Antonio Solis and Camila live and in person Friday, July 24, at 9:00 PM in Denver, Colorado. Always a great hit with every crowd is performer and entertainer, Marco Antonio Solis a Mexican musician, composer, and record producer who has been awarded 5 Latin Grammy Awards from his 9 nominations throughout his career. Most recently from his song “De Mil Amores” which won for Best Regional Mexican Song in 2014. Marco won the Lo Nuestro Award in 2014 for Pop Male Artist of the Year. He gained fame in Mexico, Central America, South America, and the United States, in the mid-1970’s when he formed the group “Los Bukis”. As lead singer and songwriter for the band, Solis’s writing became noteworthy in the industry for writing for such names as Marisela and Rocio Durcal. Throughout his near 50 year career he has worked with a wide variety of artists like Olga Tanon, Ana Barbara, and most recently Enrique Iglesias and Anais. Marco received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on August 5, 2010. When his album, “Gracias Por Estar Aqui” was released it debuted at #1 in Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart. Camila is a Mexican pop rock group that was founded by the award-winning composer and producer Mario Domm, out of Coahuila, Mexico. They went on to win three Billboard Awards, three Latin Grammy awards, Diamond and Platinum certifications and have sold more than two million albums worldwide.
