Watching The Tennessee Titans In Action

Dressed in white helmets, red trims, red or navy jerseys and also red and navy pants, the Tennessee Titans will always provide their fans with something to marvel about when they turn up at the LP Field to watch them in action. The LP Field is where they usually play their home matches after they moved here from a series of other stadiums.

This team moved to the current stadium after they had played temporarily at the Liberty Bowl Memorial stadium in Memphis for one year. This was after they had relocated to their new home from Houston in 1997. The relocation saw them go through a series of changes including changing their name severally. When they were in Houston, they were called the Houston Oilers. This is the name they held since the club was formed in 1960.

Upon arrival at their new home, their name changed to Tennessee Oilers before finally going for what they are known by today. During this period, they changed their outfits severally. Their characteristic logo that was used to identify them as Oilers was also lost in the relocation and they today have a very different one from what they had before.

This team is based in Nashville and is currently playing in the South Division of the America National Football League. They have a training facility at the Baptist Sports Park where they carry out their preparations for all the matches in the league that they participate as well as the other competitions that they take part in.

Mike Munchak is the head coach and he has two assistants; Steve Watterson and Dave McGinnis. They also have eight other coaches who work together with these three to see to it that the team is in good shape. This obviously a team to watch out for when they are competing in any tournament as they have the potential to win matches.
